Where you take the Einbürgerungstest
The Einbürgerungstest is offered at around 700 official test centers nationwide, almost always Volkshochschulen. The test costs €25 per attempt, the same everywhere. You can retake it as often as you like, but you pay again each time. Results are graded centrally by the BAMF; expect several weeks and up to three months.
You register directly with the test center, not with us. Seats are usually offered monthly and fill up fast. In larger cities you often wait 2 to 3 months. Register before you finish studying.
